The training will be held at Sad Valley ( 832 N Killingsworth St. Portland, OR 97217 ) from 1 - 2 PM with a happy hour to follow! Project Red is an initiative dedicated to raising awareness around overdose prevention and increasing the availability and accessibility of overdose prevention supplies and trainings.
